Replacements and returns

The buyer can have the purchased merchandise replaced with other merchandise, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Merchandise can only be replaced with the merchandise of the same price level.

The buyer must notify the seller of the replacement beforehand, by e-mail or phone. Then the buyer shall send the merchandise back to the 365boxers registered office. The merchandise must be clean, undamaged and must not be worn before.

The seller shall replace the merchandise according to buyer's request if the merchandise requested is in stock. If the merchandise is not in stock, the seller shall refund the purchase price. Postage shall be paid by the buyer.

If the merchandise is being replaced because of size, the postage for sending the merchandise to us shall be paid by the buyer. Postage and packaging back to the buyer is FREE.

Merchandise return

You can return the merchandise purchased, without giving a reason, within 14 days of confirming your order. The buyer is bound to notify this to 365boxers beforehand, by e-mail or phone. Then the buyer shall send the merchandise back. The merchandise must be undamaged, clean and must not be worn before. After receiving the package, 365boxers shall send the amount of money paid for the merchandise back to the buyer. Postage and packaging shall be paid by the buyer.
